Complimentary and required for first-time pet sitting and dog walking bookings.
Service Details
Complimentary meet and greets are required for all first-time pet sitting and dog walking bookings. During this meeting, I will introduce myself, learn about your expectations, and ensure I am the ideal match for your pet’s unique needs. Together, we’ll review your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, special requests, and arrange for the transfer of your house key. If you are interested in dog walking services, we’ll take a 10-minute trial walk so I can get to know your dog’s behavior, walking style, and determine the best approach for their walks. For pet sitting clients who request dog walks as part of their service, a trial walk is also required. I understand that entrusting someone with your home and pet is a big decision. My priority is to provide exceptional care and give you peace of mind while you’re away, so you can feel completely comfortable with my services. All meet and greets are conducted in person and must be scheduled at least five (5) days before your first booking. *For those wishing to schedule an additional day for a more detailed walk-through of their pet's care routine before service begins, a fee of $35 will apply.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me at least 1 day before the scheduled meeting time. This will allow me to adjust my calendar and accommodate any other clients.
