I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and credit cards. Credit card transactions are performed through Waveapps.com.(https://www.waveapps.com/) There is a surcharge fee for all credit card transactions.

Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, LLC is insured and bonded with Pet Care Insurance.(https://www.petcareins.com/) Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, LLC is based in Laguna Hills. The City of Laguna Hills does not require a business license, however, Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, LLC does have an active Home Occupation Certificate with the City of Laguna Hills. Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered with the California Secretary of State.

What is your service area?

Services are performed in South Orange County but may also be performed in North Orange County depending on availability. A travel fee of $15 will be implemented for services performed in North Orange County.

Can I drop off or board my pet at your home?

I do not offer boarding at my home. All pet sitting services are performed at the pet owner's home.

Do you require a consultation or meet and greet before a scheduled service?

Accepted Answer

I require a Complimentary Meet & Greet for all first-time clients to ensure I am the perfect fit for your pet's needs. During the Complimentary Meet & Greet, I take the time to introduce myself and understand your expectations. Meet & Greets are 30-60 minutes and performed at least 5 days before scheduled service.

How far in advance should I book a service?

Dog walking and drop-in visits (30-Minute, 1-Hour, 1.5-Hour, Two Visits a Day, and Three Visits a Day) should be booked 1-2 weeks in advance.

Longer visits (2-Hour and Half-Day visits) and overnight stays should be booked 4-6 weeks in advance.

This allows me sufficient time to accommodate your specific needs, especially during peak seasons such as holidays and summer months when demand is higher. To secure your preferred dates and services, I encourage you to contact me as early as possible.

I do not accept short notice or same day booking requests from potential new clients.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me at least 3 days before the scheduled service time. This will allow me to adjust my calendar and accommodate any other clients.  If you provide a cancellation notice 1 day before the scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the originally scheduled service.
