I currently do not offer discounts for my services. Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable, reflecting the premium care and specialized attention I provide. I believe in maintaining fair and consistent pricing to ensure every client receives the best possible care for their pets.

I accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards. Credit card transactions are performed through Waveapps.com. There is a surcharge fee for all Venmo and credit card transactions.

Payment is due upon completion of the scheduled service period without further invoice or notice.

Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, LLC is insured and bonded with Pet Care Insurance. The City of Laguna Hills does not require a business license; however, I do have an active Home Occupation Certificate with the City of Laguna Hills. In addition, Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, LLC is a Limited Liability Company registered with the California Secretary of State.

At Four Paws & Exotics Pet Sitting, I am the sole pet sitter and dog walker. This means you will receive personalized and consistent care for your pets every time. You can learn more about my background and approach to pet care in the About page.

I do not provide pet sitting or dog walking services outside of Orange County, CA. Services are performed in South Orange County but may also be performed in North Orange County depending on availability. A travel fee will be implemented for services performed in North Orange County. Please contact for more information.

I do not offer boarding at my home. All pet sitting services are performed at the pet owner's home.

I require a Complimentary Meet & Greet for all first-time clients to ensure I am the perfect fit for your pet's needs. During the Complimentary Meet & Greet, I take the time to introduce myself and understand your expectations. Meet & Greets are performed at least 5 days before scheduled service.

It is recommended to book your dog walking service at least 1-2 weeks in advance and pet sitting service 4-6 weeks in advance. This allows me sufficient time to accommodate your specific needs, especially during peak seasons such as holidays and summer months when demand is higher. To secure your preferred dates and services, I encourage you to contact me as early as possible.

I do not accept short notice or last-minute booking requests from potential new clients.

To cancel or reschedule, please reach out to me at least 3 days before the scheduled service time. This will allow me to adjust my calendar and accommodate any other clients. If you provide a cancellation notice 1 day before the scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the originally scheduled service.

Yes, I offer pet sitting and dog walking services at hotels and vacation rentals in South OC. I mainly serve South OC. However, I may be able to provide services in North OC depending on my schedule.
