Dog walks, drop-ins, and short-term pet sitting can be booked 1 to 3 weeks in advance. Overnight stays can be booked 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Bookings are accepted up to six (6) months in advance. If you wish to schedule a service beyond this, please contact me.

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you’re able to cancel in advance, I truly appreciate it, as it helps me adjust my schedule and offer that time to other clients who may have requested your time slot. Below are the cancellation policies for pet sitting and dog walking. To cancel a dog walking or pet sitting booking (excluding overnight stays), please notify me at least two (2) days before your scheduled service. Cancellations made one (1) day before your scheduled service will be charged 50% of that service. Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service, or if you return home before the end of your service will be charged the full amount. ​ Cancellation of Overnight Bookings To cancel an overnight booking, please notify me at least five (5) days before your scheduled service. Cancellations made less than five (5) days in advance will be charged 50% of that service. Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service, or if you return home before the end of your service will be charged the full amount. ​ Cancellation fees will not be waived for weather conditions, illness, trip interruptions, trip cancellations, or event cancellations.

I want to make sure your service is always reliable, even on holidays. For services scheduled on select federal and non-federal holidays, a Holiday Service Fee will apply per visit. ​ Holidays subject to a $10 service fee per visit include: • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Father’s Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, and Veterans Day.​ ​​ For Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, visits will be charged double the rate of your usual service for that day. For example, if you book a 1-hour visit on Christmas for $35, the total for that visit will be $70.

​​If you need to book a service with short notice, please note, there is a $10 fee for any booking made one (1) day before or on the same day as your requested service date. ​​ Currently, I only accept short notice and same day booking requests from existing clients.
